The positive, the negative and the funny EXPERIENCES : Pandemic version

Hello everyone, today I'm going to talk about my personal experiences during the quarantine.

Right now, in 2021, I'm still in quarantine. So I'm dealing with my online classes and trying to take care of my grandmother.

In terms of seeing positively, I can say teachers give us, as new students of the university, a lot of flexibility and support. This year and 2020, were the only ones in which I attended classes every day and in which I was punctual.

Now onto the negatives, I still don't know the campus and my classmates from the university. All this year, the only things that I saw were my four walls from my decorated room with Polaroids, Illustrations, and drawings (now I discovered embroidery, and it looks nice on my wall).

And last but not least: The funny experiences during the lockdown. For example, now, I'm a master of recognizing expressions of another person just seeing their eyes. But the funnier thing is that I saw a TikTok of a girl that can pretend an eye-smile, so she can be perceived as a friendly person, but truly, she is not, I don't know if it's an improvement as a society or a regress.

Even if I can't meet my classmates, or not go shopping with my mom, or breathe without a mask and the constant risk of catching the virus, it's a new reality that we have "accepted." ... I'll stop because I don't want to be a pessimist.

I'm still grateful that my family and I are safe and healthy.
